We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of all offices (5), handling collections and account set up, including establishing credit lines and maintaining them. You will be working at the main office in Nashville, TN with other branches in Chattanooga, TN, Memphis, TN, Charlotte, NC, and Lexington, KY. At times travel may be required and fully taken care of by Capitol. There are 3 NACM meetings a year to attend out of town.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit
- Oversee the flow of cash
- Analyze information to assess current customers and lines of credit along with setting up new accounts
- Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
Qualifications:
- Be able to work with other branches in other cities and states
- Knowledge of common banking practices and collection
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work under pressure
