We are looking for a Part Time Office Assistant to join the team of an E-Waste Recycling company to add to the team!

Duties/Responsibilities would include:

• Must be Micrsoft Excel savvy and adaptable!
• Emails
• Faxing
• Utilizing Adobe & Word Programs
• Filing
• Scanning documents
• Answering phones
• Other duties assigned.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies

Requirements:
> Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Ability to create spreadsheets and generate
formulas in Excel

>Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel
>Experience with data visualization
> Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate
significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
> Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis
> Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear
and concise manner

We are looking for a self starter who is tech savvy!

Shift times: 10am-2pm Monday-Friday.

Pay is DOE: $18-$20/hr
