Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Rep to join a successful company in Rancho Cordova!

Job Requirements:

• Correspond with existing clients regularly
• Follow up with existing clients via email/phone
• Answer incoming calls in a timely manner
• Accurately input order info into spreadsheet
• Complete paperwork and check for accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Have reliable transportation to Rancho Cordova
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a typing test
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service
• Previous experience with Microsoft Excel required
• Possess outgoing personality & phone etiquette
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
