Heavy Data and Order Entry
Internet and Outlook experience will be a plus
Excel would be helpful
A/X experience would be ideal but not required
Will be placing and processing orders for much of the day
2 week training
The Procurement Support Coordinator will be answering a wide variety of questions from homeowners, vendors and HWA personnel regarding repair and/or replacement of covered systems and appliances. This person’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to processing vendor invoices, contacting customers to advise approved options for replacement appliances, answer any customer questions regarding the appliance being offered, contacting vendors by phone and email to provide pick up numbers and locations for HVAC orders and working with HWA personnel
Respond to Customer Service/Sales Calls and inquiries.
Learns and maintains a thorough working knowledge of all product information and procedures with regard to HWA warranty and programs.
Placing orders with authorized suppliers.
Contact vendors via phone and/or email to provide pick up numbers, locations, approval costs and authorization numbers as listed in system claim notes
Contact customers to advise approved options and answer customer questions regarding appliance offered
Process supplier invoices in a timely manner.
Research claims for distributor resolutions and equipment returns
Promote company by providing superior customer service and inviting referrals
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 1+ year experience in a customer service/call center role handling warranties (home or auto) and or benefits and or sales and or order inquiries is desirable.
A minimum of 1+ year experience in an order processing environment placing and or tracking orders, contacting suppliers to expedite and or follow up on orders is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, typing skills of 30 WPM or more .
Professional telephone presence including excellent listening skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
