Outbound Call Center Representatives Needed!!

Capital Remodeling's call center is seeking friendly and outgoing Call Center Reps to help us generate new leads and also assist current customers with their accounts. This would be a Part-Time, Evening position, totaling between 22-24 hours/week.

Duties Include:

  • Making outbound calls (both warm and cold calls)
  • Data entry
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Addressing client questions or concerns
  • Providing an overall great experience

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Call Center Experience highly preferred (not required)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Outgoing Personality
  • Friendly
  • Able to hold a conversation
  • Computer Savvy

Experience not necessary, training is provided for the right individuals.

Weekly Work Schedule:

  • Monday thru Thursday - 4:30pm-8:30pm
  • Friday- 4:30pm-8:00pm
  • Saturday- 9:00am-1:00pm

**Employees receive 1 Saturday off/month - employees' choice.
