As a Marketing Development Trainee and Canvassing Manager Trainee, you will play a critical role in learning how to hire new canvassers, training and coaching your team, and guiding and prioritize canvassing efforts to optimize results.
We need an experienced leader that will motivate, train, enable, and guide a team to consistent achievement of team lead generation goals. You and your team of canvassers will target specific homes in neighborhoods throughout our territory and present our products to the home owner. There is no selling involved. We offer a competitive base pay plus commissions and bonuses for management and entry level candidates!
This position is ideal for military vets that are transitioning to the civilian life, as well as recent graduates with athletic, retail and restaurant service experience. Capital Remodeling has an attractive and thorough management training program, so no experience is necessary!

Under our merit-based pay system, you get paid what you are worth! At Capital Remodeling, we have a guaranteed pay rate PLUS weekly bonuses and commissions. Pay will be discussed during interview. No financial cap!
