Job Summary

The Talent and Performance Management team (TM/PM) in Enterprise HR is focused on transforming talent and performance management solutions to create a more Simple, Empowering, Transparent and Inclusive experience for all its associates. We aim to enable associates to unlock their talent potential and empower people leaders to be great at fostering career guidance for their teams. We are looking for a transformational leader to join the TM/PM leadership team to guide the enterprise to better talent and performance outcomes for all of its people.

We are looking for someone to:

  • Build strategic partnerships with HR business partnership leaders across the enterprise, enabling them to drive well-managed execution of Talent and Performance Management (TM/PM) processes across all business lines
  • Be an influential voice within the enterprise TM/PM leadership team
  • Lead a team of associates focused on developing communications and learning and development resources to support TM/PM processes
  • Serve as an integral, data-driven thought partner accelerating problem-solving and driving business outcomes through human capital strategies
  • Partner with the TM/PM product team, focused on a bold agenda to develop and deliver cutting edge, consumer-grade talent and performance management tools; you will learn best practices for product adoption and implement new processes within LOB teams

A Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • Deep understanding of talent and performance management practices and ability to innovate upon them to effect positive change
  • Proven expertise leading wide scale transformation efforts including experience developing and executing successful communications and learning strategies including executive-level leader communications support
  • Strong People Leadership skills and a proven track record of coaching for performance
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present complex subject matter in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
  • Impeccable judgment and ability to balance the needs of the organization, leaders and associates
  • Expertise in relationship building with proven ability to work effectively with multiple constituents, including peers, executive leaders, and senior management
  • Strong presentation skills and engaging professional presence
  • Easily adapts to change and takes on a growth mindset approach
  • Ability to advance work at pace while managing to a longer-term roadmap and vision

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, Consultant, Strategist or Specialist including experience with Associate or Employee Relations, Change Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employment Practices, or Employment Law
  • At least 5 years of client facing or consulting experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial or Labor Relations, or Organizational Psychology
  • PHR, SPHR, or Coaching certification
  • 10+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, Consultant, Strategist or Specialist including experience with Associate or Employee Relations, Change Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employment Practices, or Employment Law
  • 10+ years of client facing or consulting experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting a nonexempt population across multiple site locations.
