Capital Investment LLC is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team in Vienna, VA! This individual will be responsible for helping clients sell, lease, and purchase commercial properties.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide financial information and analytical data to the potential buyer, seller, landlord and/or tenant
- Visit and show properties, this individual needs to be able to speak on the specs of the building
- Discuss cost of the building and potential renovation expenses
- Discuss best method of purchase, review financials
- Seek out acquisition targets, build solid relationship with clients while building their book of leads
- Handle transactions independent
- Follow up with legal team
- Create relationships with businesses in various industries for future purchases or leases
Qualifications:
- Must have Real Estate licence in the state of Virginia
- Minimum 2+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience
- If you are licensed in another state, it is not required but highly preferred!
