Job Description

What You Will Be a Part Of…

We are looking to grow our team as we’ve opened our second office location, which is located in Tysons Virginia, and our third office location, which is located in Bethesda, Maryland. As a company we have decided to offer up to $5,000 sign on bonus to new members of the team as well as offer up to a 65% salesperson, up to a 35% company split for an experienced individual with 2-3 years of full-time experience at a commercial real estate company.

What You’ll Be Doing…

Responsible for helping clients sell, acquire and/or lease commercial properties.

We help businesses create value, save costs and be more efficient through strategic real estate planning and management. We provide our clients with up-to-date transparent market consulting. Capital Investment LLC has experience in tenant representation, landlord representation, and asset management.

From acquisition identification through property disposition-and at every step along the way-we create value and maximize return on your investments. Capital Investment LLC has an experienced team of agents who are committed to transparent execution that drive real estate performance and asset value.

Who You Are

**2-3 years of full-time experience at a commercial real estate company.

· Licensed - You already possess your real estate VA license.

· Extensive experience in representing clients in various CRE transactions.

· Excellent track record of representing tenants, users and investors in the CRE marketplace.

· Strong relationship management and business development / sale skills.

· Superior knowledge of CRE in the Washington DC Metro.

· Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships.

· Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
