Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and manage all human resource initiatives, such as recruitment, compensation, training, and employee relations

Executes and continually refreshes a talent management and human resources approach that is aligned with company core values

Advises management and ensures compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to human resources

Develops, implements, and oversees district manager’s training programs to facilitate employee performance management

Provide leadership and management including goal setting, coaching, development, performance feedback, and discipline

Identify and implement processes to improve employee retention

Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures and maintain an up-to-date employee policy manual

Partners with leadership team to serve as an organizational leader to support company efforts to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion are primary in all decision making, organizational practices and culture

Partners with the leadership team on human resource planning structure, organizational goal setting, including key performance indicators and workforce planning and analysis

Promotes the organizations values and philosophies relating to the patient and employees experience.

Oversees HR systems and employee records to ensure accuracy and improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization.

Ensures timely and accurate submission of data requested by state and federal agencies, etc.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Creates and implements processes designed to measure the effectiveness of Human Resources policies, programs, and practices.

Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations

Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations as necessary

Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

Works closely with leadership team to monitor process improvement and policy creation and administration

Sets high goals for personal and group accomplishment; using measurement methods to monitor progress towards goals.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

In depth knowledge of the laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practical application governing the functions of Human Resources

Adept at change management and continuous improvement by having a background of managing organizational change.

Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community

Proven success working under minimal supervision

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

Ability to give and follow oral and written communications/instructions relevant to varying audiences in a clear and concise manner

Excellent writing skills and experience responding to regulatory inquiries

Multi-site HR leadership responsibilities with ability to travel 15 to 20 % of the time or as needed

Ability to maintain and rewrite company job descriptions as necessary

Efficient and keen attention to detail

Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems and HR technology including outside payroll companies such as ADP and electronic onboarding systems

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word or related software

Strong problem solving and organizational skills

Enthusiastic and positive energy

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks

Role model of confidentiality and integrity

Strong supervisory and leadership skills
