This position comes with benefits and requires a 40 hour per week schedule that will include some nights and Saturdays.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Communicate with guests in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to maximize their experience.
  • Provide information to callers who have inquires
  • Assist with various clerical duties as needed
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all guests and co-workers
  • Work with department managers to keep abreast of new products and services offered by the dealership.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly, people-oriented personality
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
