Job Description

We are seeking an Automotive Service Technician who is willing and able to enhance their career and continue the success of our organization. Training Available for Entry Level Technicians and Established Trained Flat Rate Technicians as well.   • Vehicle maintenance experience helpful, but NOT required. Will Train.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to follow directions
  • Self-starter and a team player
  • Ability to stand or walk entire shift.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Vision with or without the use of corrective eye wear.
  • Ability to reach, lift and carry up to approximately 75 lbs.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Available to work required schedule


  • Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
  • Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.

  • Identify necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Document services performed
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer repair/service guidelines
  • Performs services efficiently and according to manufacturer/dealership guidelines
  • Be current on manufacturer technical bulletins
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
  • Stay up to date with required training
  • Maintain Customer Service Index scores at or above Company standards
  • Complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA guidelines
  • Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner
  • Re-inspect work performed prior to notifying Service Manager or/and returning vehicle to customer
