Cape Fox and Concentric Methods LLC is accepting resumes for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide full time services to our deserving Air Force at Kirtland AFB,NM.
Provide walk-in coverage/emergency evaluation, transfer/coordination of higher level of care as needed, and timely termination of patients from treatment.
Maintain documentation and administrative standards as established by the Mental Health Flight to include adherence with high interest list procedures, tracking and follow-up on patient admissions and discharges from higher levels of care, and completing notes within designated timeframes (3 business days for standard encounters, 24 hours for high interest encounters, and same day for personnel reliability program members).
Demonstrate a working knowledge of professional standards and ethics regarding delivery of clinical social work services.
Participates in military specific training (e.g., training to perform Command Directed Evaluations, Medical Evaluations Board, security clearances, Military Training Instructor clearances, pre-post deployment screening, PTSD, and combat stress).
Provide training to other staff in the areas of expertise.
Consults with legal authorities, military commanders and school districts, as required.
Attend and participate in meetings during normal duty hours and professional staff conferences and other appropriate professional activities such as, but not limited to the following: Quality Improvement meeting, professional staff meetings, Commander's staff meetings, Mental Health Flight meetings, and others required by applicable regulations, MTF guidance, or as directed by the Mental Health Flight Commander or his/her designated representative.
Participate in and/or direct research and conducts clinical investigations in social work when applicable.
- Degree: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Education: Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
- BLS certification
- Experience: As required to meet clinical competency requirements specified in the Service-specific credentialing instructions. one year experience
- Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- All required immunizations
- Background investigation and maintain security access.
