CannaSafe is looking for a motivated and detailed oriented SR. Recruiter to join our team! We are on a mission to build Talent Acquisition and seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our talented team. In this role, you will primarily support recruitment. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for building talent pipelines by utilizing a diverse sourcing strategy to include; social media platforms, job boards, data mining techniques, job fairs, referrals, networking while continually identifying new pipelines through research.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify/clarify hiring specifications and competencies, document and confirm principal requirements to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions and develop TA action plans.
  • Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open roles and effectively share talent across the portfolio.
  • Ensure a smooth recruiting process by using communication skills to manage expectations and provide process updates to Human Resources.
  • Implement and recommend best practices for sourcing and advertising open requisitions. Provide insight on industry trends, jobs, salaries, and other recruiting topics.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate, identify and summarize relevant experience and hard and soft skills.
  • Be a key partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand business, departments and position needs.
  • Design creative job postings to better attract candidates, build key competitive research and develop industry profiles
  • Partner with hiring managers on candidate slate from initial presentation to finalist selection and offer.

Requirements:

  • MUST have 5-7+ years of professional recruiting experience. Technical recruiting experience (preferred)
  • Prior experience with using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize several parallel workstreams

Salary: $30.00 to $35.00 /hour. Based off experience
