What you'll be doing...
This position will support CannaCraft’s sales efforts in Northern California, specifically focused on retailers within the greater NorCal area. We are looking for an exceptional sales professional with a verifiable record of successfully building and developing a sales territory. With aggressive goals and ambitions within the state and the industry, we’re looking for someone who enjoys building great relationships established on trust and integrity along with exceptional communication and follow through.
Actively prospect new business through direct contact with retailers, buyers and their management teams
Develop strong relationships within the assigned accounts and build trust through consistent contact and a consultative approach
Positively represent CannaCraft products and brands in stores and at events by championing the products and continually educating store customers and staff
Work closely with our partners and brands to drive and support all marketing and sales initiatives
Ensure partnership success through the creation of strong relationships with both the retail partners and their customers
Visit assigned stores on a weekly basis and develop strong relationships with budtenders, buyers and store management
Assist assigned stores with inventory management and drive additional upsell and re-order opportunities
Work with our partners to strategically grow our relationships, in-store presence, merchandising and shelf space and ultimately grow CannaCraft revenues at each assigned account
Become the go to resource for by consistently educating store personnel and customers about CannaCraft products and brands
Act as an ambassador of the brands at all times
Be available at designated store locations to distribute marketing materials and giveaways and provide product demonstrations. Maintain accurate account of inventory and supplies
Collaborate with store owners and managers to ensure brand displays are well placed and fully stocked
Provide detailed reports to sales leadership containing sales goals, forecasts and anticipated inventory needs
3+ years in a quota carrying field sales role
Strong cannabis industry knowledge required
Work in store and travel in territory 80% of the time with some overnight and/or weekend travel
Experience selling consumer products, pharmaceuticals or comparable experience in a consultative sales environment
Must be 21+ years old
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation, driver’s license and excellent driving record
Must be able to sit or stand for hours at a time
Must be able to lift/carry 30 pounds
Background check will be conducted after conditional offer of employment is extended
About the role:
This is a full time, exempt position located in the NorCal area of California.
We offer a competitive base salary plus commission. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits are offered after 60 days of full-time employment.
