Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and reception including telephone/emails/correspondents
  • Creation and scheduling of shipments
  • Order processing and fulfillment
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Quality management initiatives (medical writing, regulatory review and implementation)
  • Perform all other company related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Office Administration or Quality Management fields
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting or cryogenic laboratory
  • Biology Degree (preferred)
  • Experience in Standard Operation Procedures creation and audit
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment with a team and individually
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, French speaking an asset
  • Strong attention to detail with efficiency
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable and punctual
