Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative - Telemarketing

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop new business as well as increase and grow the current business, through all means available including prospecting, cold calling, networking, telemarketing, and referrals
  • Willing to make 50 - 75 calls per day
  • Educate prospective clients on products and services
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain and update records of client contact information
  • Must be detail-oriented and keep a log for daily and weekly reviews
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in 2-5 years in sales, customer service, or other related fields (Required)
  • Feel comfortable cold calling
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and knowledge of CRM system required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Telemarketing or call center experience may be helpful.
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
