Camlock Systems Inc. is a medium size, niche marketer/manufacturer in the security industry.  We manufacture and sell mechanical and electronic locks. Essential Functions:

Detailed, precise, and timely processing of quotes, samples, customer orders and invoices through QuickBooks we have strict SLA’s for all of our customers and processes
Support prompt responses and actions regarding customer orders and sales inquiries
Coordination of customer orders and change requests with Production (PO/order tracking, PO updates daily)
Accurate (there’s that word again and accuracy counts) communication to customer and sales team of order status, inventory, and lead times, shipping information and shipping documents
Independently assist a variety of customers with inquiries, product/technical questions in a timely fashion.  Guide customers towards the products that are best suited for their business and application.  Be the person that they are happy to have spoken with
Analyze and solve problems (some can be complex) independently and in a timely manner
Create, update and maintain customer accounts and files accurately
Follow established policies and procedures with accuracy and some urgency


This position requires some college or 5 years of experience
Able to communicate effectively and interact with all levels of personnel
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Problem analysis and critical thinking skills a must
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent time management and follow-up skills and the ability to perform independently
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

HOURS:  8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the 90-day probationary period
9:30 a.m. to 6:00 pm thereafter
