*This is a full time sales position and is 100% commission based. The average commissions range between $5,000 and $15,000 and the first commission can be expected to be earned in the first 60-120 days of starting the role. At that point you will have a pipeline built up and you will be earning commissions on a regular basis.

Real Estate experience is a bonus, but we don't hire resumes, we hire salespeople.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with customers who contact us through phone, email or web in a timely and efficient manner to maintain our customer service standards
  • Manage leads in our company's CRM
  • Most leads are warm and are generated for you
  • Meet with distressed/motivated sellers that want to sell their house fast for cash
  • Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and get the contract signed. Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and self sufficient
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Embraces a team-focused environment
  • Fast thinker and proactive
  • Wholesale experience helpful, but not required
  • A professional, sharp person who understands success comes through hard work and tenacity. Someone open to learning new things and constantly working on self-improvement
  • This candidate is a fast starter and is highly money motivated and is looking for the right opportunity to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career
  • This candidate can follow instructions and is detail orientated
Most of the deals we do are very simple (we "flip" most of the houses we buy) so you can pick up the real estate knowledge you need pretty quickly.
