Strong salary and full corporate style benefits combined with a strong career progression make this a great opportunity Qualified candidates have at least seven (7) years of relevant experience designing, implementing and optimizing industrial processes that improve efficiency, quality and sustainability, reduce cost, and maximize profitability. You should be "hands on" and have demonstrated experience with process improvement (from small tweaks to complete process re-engineering).

Strong Communication skills (including active listening) and a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team are critical as this position regularly collaborates cross-functionally. Required Qualifications/Competencies Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience At least seven (7) years of experience in a quality control, improvement or engineering role in a manufacturing environment in a technical industry required. Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes, capabilities, and process control. Working knowledge of machining, fabricating, assembly, test processes and cost-reduction technologies. Familiarity with SolidWorks/Auto CAD is preferred. Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software; experience with Epicor is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with a strong sense of urgency. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong Communication Skills (including active listening). Consistent ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical individuals, effectively present information and respond to questions to/from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills on a consistent basis. Excellent problem-solving and project management/planning skills. Consistent ability to understand the full scope of issues despite obstacles or ambiguity; set objectives and meet deadlines routinely. Team Player. Ability to work with others at all levels, inside and outside of Company Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship This is an individual contributor level role with no supervisory responsibilities. Position may occasionally require occasional/infrequent domestic/international travel.
