CGMA, CPA or CMA Certification preferred. Previous management experience in a professional services organization. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Performs basic month-end closing procedures including preparation of account reconciliations and creates manual journal entries.

Responsible for review and coordination of timely international reporting requirements including statutory audit and tax filings for all international legal entities. Responsible for leading efforts on establishing compliance with various regulatory requirements including, but not limited to: FEC computerized accounting for the APL ARAC, liaison with external accountants to implement standard guidance for VAT application and communicate agreed upon guidance to internal departments and review matter set-up to ensure correct application of various VAT rules. Liaison with external accounting consultants/groups related to client alliances to ensure compliance with international tax reporting requirements.

Responsible for oversight of all international general ledger accounting functions including, but not limited to: balance sheet reconciliations, month-end closing, and trust accounting. Manage international accountants. Assist with preparation of transfer pricing calculation, including maintaining appropriate documentation and agreements.

Administration of Aderant general ledger functions including, but not limited to: new office/GL setup, tax code/jurisdiction maintenance, currency exchange rate maintenance, user/security maintenance, set-up/maintain multi-books, and coordinating with Aderant support to resolve issues.
