We are looking to bring on an experienced construction Project Manager to our team. The Construction Project Manager will coordinate and supervise our commercial construction projects. They will oversee employees and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Project Manager interfaces with all parties involved in the project including clients.

Duties:

Day to day contact with the on-site general superintendent/superintendent, supporting the job and making the on-site workforce accountable

Monitoring production of crews

*
Daily log documenting

*
Review Expenses

*
Make job site visits weekly

*
Work closely with superintendents to insure expected work for quality control

*
Process sub-contractor pay applications and verify with superintendents and sub-contractors

*
Create purchase orders, issue, and track material to prevent lost or misused material

*
Collect all daily reports from superintendents and verify if information is correct

*
Collect all photos from superintendents

*
Monitor project budgets as well as labor & material

*
Collect all signed work orders with photos for processing

*
Monitor employee clock in to ensure project supers are arriving and departing as scheduled

*
Prepare project submittals and samples

*
Prepare project safety manuals

*
Participate in project buy out (material and labor)

Create and submit project close out documents

*
Work with accounting and project superintendents to submit monthly billing
