ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE-SOFTWARE PARTNER SALES-INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT AND A&D VERTICALS SOFTWARE SALES PROFESSIONALS ONLY PLEASE! We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of selling enterprise level software solutions that address complex business problems in a transformational way. Specifically Manufacturing Execution Systems, Manufacturing Operations Management and Digital Factory. We need a person who will follow a value based sales approach & have at least 8 years of success selling with or through partners in an indirect model. The ideal candidate will have spent time in a manufacturing leadership position. Will have successfully sold Manufacturing Execution Systems, Manufacturing Operations Management and Digital Factory solutions for at least 8 years. This person will also ideally have relevant industry experience in Industrial Equipment and Aerospace & Defense and be based in the Denver CO area to be close to the client base. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute an indirect sales strategy within your assigned accounts. * Define and Executive both mid and long term strategies to drive revenue growth your assigned accounts. * Define the customer joint engagement model with the partner channel that ensures customer success. * Develop Partners Knowledge to become proficient at selling on Value. * Engage systematically with business partners. * Coach partners through all aspects of thesales cycle. * Implement the customer transformation process to increase account penetration and revenue growth. * Deliver revenue plan by executing with partners, involving the extended sales team. * Lead, with partners and global team to support customer transformation. * Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business. REQUIREMENTS: * Consistent over quota achievement managing $2 million plus annually * A minimum of 8 years successfully selling with or through partners in an indirect model * Industry experience with Industrial Equipment and Aerospace & Defense * Leading Without Authority (Sell With Partners) * Highly competitive * Strong Business Acumen * Consultative Selling Approach * Industry & Industry Process Experience Knowledge * Effective Communication Skills in English (Written & Verbal) * Strong Account Management Skills * Strong Sales Process Discipline * Team player * Effective Negotiation * Contract Management Experience * CRM System Experience COMPANY OVERVIEW: Our client is an industry leading enterprise software company serving over 50,000 clients worldwide.
