Beverage brand bottler and co-packer with 3 high speed, hot fill processing lines and 60+ employee, non-union plant.
Responsible for Safety, Quality, Service and Cost efficiency for the production team working the bottling and packaging lines, sanitation, warehouse, and/or batch preparation.
Compliance for FDA / USDA, regulations, policies, employee development, performance reviews, training, cross-training, team building, root cause analysis and problem solving.
Assist in leading Safety, Quality, 5S/6S implementation, Focused Improvement, Continuous Skills Development and be part of the Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance functions.
Reports to Plant Manager.
2+ years of supervisory, managerial or leadership experience in food processing, bottling or food packaging.
Experience leading a production line and managing a team of 10-30 employees.
Preferred experience: Strong SAP, Financial, SPC / statistics. Minitab, Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and / or Green Belt and Microsoft Suite.
