About the Team:

The Retail team responsibly grows Illinois Lottery sales through a network of over 7,000 Chain and Independent Lottery Retailers by partnering and collaborating with the State of Illinois Lottery organization as well as the Marketing, Product, and Digital Commercial functions at Camelot.

The Retail team maximizes the performance of all Illinois Lottery Retailers by getting the basics right and building best practices in all areas of Lottery retailing, which drives record-breaking Lottery sales results year after year.

Additionally, the Retail Team helps to establish the Illinois Lottery brand to be a champion for the people of Illinois, by delivering fun games, creating winners, and supporting causes that power possibilities across the state of Illinois.

Position Overview:

Within Camelot Illinois, the Warehouse Lead will be primarily responsible for overseeing daily PPOS reconfiguration of our MSD's displays, warehouse operations including but not limited to the reconfiguring, dismantling, stocking, sorting, shipping, and receiving of PPOS inventory. Additional responsibilities include supporting the warehouse manager with projects and warehouse coverage when out for a limited duration of time.

  • Ensure MSD's reconfiguration process is being executed daily with specific detail to ensure equipment is ready for installations in our new and existing retailers.
  • Receives merchandise - checks and signs delivery slips, and assists with unloading as necessary
  • Organizes distribution and shipping of MSD and PPOS merchandise. Makes necessary verifications against documents, unpacks, and routes goods to appropriate storage areas.
  • Promotes, plans, initiates and implements continuous improvement projects as assigned by the warehouse manager. Oversees the day-to-day activities specific to PPOS & MSD equipment reconfiguration and inventory management.
  • Supports warehouse manager when needed regarding taking inventory maintains storage area, organizes, and places stock on shelves. Ensures the area is always secure.
  • Maintains internal record-keeping system


  • Proven work experience in a warehouse environment with 1+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership skills and ability to take direction from supervisor.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively while understanding processes
  • Able to work with all levels of staff
  • Effective time management skills
  • Physical ability to frequently lift and carry material weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to think and act independently to develop enhancements to current and future ways of working.
  • Previous experience of external agency and vendor management.
  • Competent with Google Suite.
  • Experience within CPG environments.
