A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HVAC SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

As an HVAC Service Administrator, you support our equipment installation administrative process, you provide excellent customer service by assisting the team in answering customer inquiries, helping schedule services or maintenance calls, and making outgoing calls to maintain customer accounts or update them on equipment install scheduling. You will learn the critical functions related to new equipment vendor relationships, inventory review, permitting, warranty registration, customer support, maintenance-related outreach, and will be trained on Service Titan software. You enjoy using your skills to help both our customers, our technicians, and interact directly with our owners and managers in providing solutions and helping to improve our operations!

HVAC SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 + year of CSR experience with excellent customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Experience with customer solutions software
• HVAC experience appreciated
• Hard working and dedicated to your team
• Organized, detail-oriented, strong time management skills
• Desire to learn and grow with a positive mindset toward advancement
