We are seeking an experienced, professional Customer Service Representative for our commercial printing business, located near Nashua, NH. Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. We provide offset and digital printing, mailing services and promotional items.
Responsible for providing information about our products and services, handling estimates and resolving technical issues to our customers.
Must have outstanding communication, multitasking, computer (MS Office) and customer service skills. Must be willing and able to help out wherever is needed to ensure deadlines are met.
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of five years in the printing industry is required.
Competitive hourly rate and an outstanding full benefits package. Local candidates only. No relocation. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of any kind now and in the future.
