Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Shifts & Pay Rates:
Shift A 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday - Sunday  / $15.00
Shift B 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Sunday - Thursday / $15.00
Shift C 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Sunday - Tuesday & Thursday - Friday / $16.20
Shift D 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM Sunday - Thursday / $16.20


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
