Job Description

We are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant / Front Office to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer Inbound Calls
  • Greet and assist onsite visitors and guests
  • Assist the HR Department
  • Perform other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR, office administration, or a related field
  • Ability to prioritize and handle confidential matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
