Job Description

Caliber is seeking a full-time Production/Graphic Designer to join our team in-office in Scottsdale, AZ.

We are in need of a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop impactful and beautifully executed communications products that effectively present compelling and accurate content supporting company initiatives, instills customer confidence and builds audience engagement. You are vital to telling the Caliber story on a daily, measured basis.

The Graphic Designer, working in concert with our team members executes a dynamic, high-volume mix of communications products across multiple platforms including e-newsletters, sizzle reels, press releases, social media, sales decks, executive presentations, position papers, display advertisements, event collaterals, financial filings, quarterly and annual reports, and more. Some products and events interface with government and regulatory officials which requires a deft touch.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering engaging and thought-provoking content and messaging for a financial services company, whether working independently or in a group. The Graphic Designer sets high standards for themselves and the team, elevating the quality of our content and increasing audience engagement and customer confidence in Caliber. He or she also will be well-versed in the latest technologies and driven to continuously learn and grow

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translating client needs and branding strategies into design strategies
  • Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software
  • Selecting colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative concepts
  • Collaborating with branding experts, front end developers, marketing, content and other professionals to create media
  • Articulating and pitching design concepts to clients, art directors and others
  • Other creative duties as assigned.


  • 2-4 years of graphic or production design experience
  • High School Education or GED required
  • College experience preferred and/or training or certification in Graphic Design


  • Preferred UI/UX experience
  • Preferred design experience in B2B, real estate or financial institutions
  • Passion for graphic arts, color theory, typography, print and electronic formats
  • Experience directing corporate graphic design programs.
  • An effective storyteller, who can seamlessly turn a vision into reality that delivers real impact
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate industry, terms, trends
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong self-motivation and self-direction
  • Experience creating quick-turn items and the ability to multi-task
  • Effective communication skills, ability to get along with a variety of personalities
  • Experience interfacing and networking with government and regulatory agencies and personnel
  • Readiness to apply innovative, creative thinking to support Caliber goals and needs
  • Ability to work effectively across all areas of the company, and companies within industry
  • Strong technical skills for regular schedule of deliverables across platforms, working in tandem with staff and vendors. Ensures projects completed on time.
  • Well versed in the Adobe Suite of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other leading programs
  • Ability to work flex-schedule that may include some nights and weekends

Physical Demands:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. The employee frequently communicates with internal team members, investors and vendors. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine and printer. Occasionally moves items up to 50 lbs. for various projects.
