Caliber is seeking full time HubSpot/Sales Operations Specialist to join our team.

The HubSpot/Sales Ops Specialist is responsible for planning, project managing, organizing, building the process and workflows for sales and marketing specifically to HubSpot. In addition, will be implementing projects, managing up to the executive team, and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Build out the lead pipeline with segmented workflows that optimize lead conversion.

+ Work with the digital and sales teams to create processes that work for both.

+ Create sales and marketing processes that convert, are measurable, and optimizable, becoming the revenue engine for the organization.

+ Assess and analyze CRM so workflows and processes can be developed.

+ Work cross functionally with the sales and marketing teams, as well as other stakeholders as needed

+ The position may integrate with other platforms and roles as needed to support operations.

+ Responsible for segmented email campaigns and workflows, database management, report analytics, process assessment, revenue attribution, account-based marketing, weekly/monthly reporting, all marketing positions require a basic knowledge and continual learning of legal compliance

+ Troubleshoot/QA campaigns in addition to other website issues/concerns.

+ Other software platform support might include Dakota, ZoomInfo, 1776ing, Windfall, and others.

+ Optimizing conversions and facilitating the tech stack are key requirements to scale the company.

Qualifications (required unless otherwise stated):

+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business/UI/UX or significant HubSpot certifications

+ 5-7 years of relative experience

+ Experience with financial compliance is a bonus

+ Experience with HubSpot is a must as is MS 365, Asana is a bonus

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

+ Experience in fast-paced, constantly changing environment

+ Ability to work well independently and as a team player

+ Problem-solving, technically savvy

Physical Demands:

This job operates in a professional office environment with occasional travel. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. The employee frequently communicates with internal team members, investors, and vendors. This role must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. This role constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine and printer and occasionally moves items up to 50 lbs. for various projects.
