Desired Qualifications

-Strong interpersonal & communication skills

-Reliable Transportation anywhere in DFW Metroplex

-Sales experience, particularly event or trade show sales experience, is a plus, but not required.

-Growth Mindset. Someone looking to better themselves each day

-Ability to work Days, Nights or Weekends

-Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check going back 10 years

After your intensive hands-on 30 day sales training program, the primary day-to-day responsibilities you will be tasked with as a full-time Event or Retail Sales Representative with Caliber Smart consists of:

  • Sourcing qualified customer presentations at assigned event or retail location
  • Guiding customer through consultative sales process
  • Presenting articulate cost-benefit analysis to qualified prospects
  • Closing new business for our clients
  • Providing excellent follow-up and customer service while customer transitions to new product or service
  • Generating referrals for future business and cross-selling opportunities

Compensation Details

Caliber Smart offers some of the most competitive pay in the DFW market. Be compensated for what you're worth! Write your own paycheck. At Caliber Smart if you cannot be outworked, then you cannot be out earned! Typical Full-Time Compensation Packages include:

- Uncapped Commission

- Quarterly Production Bonuses

Training

New Hires will be enrolled into our 30 day intensive sales and product knowledge training call Initus. This program will lead you through our extensive digital training platform with daily content assigned, includes 4 video conferences with peers around the country that are in the program, has 1 book which is required reading, discussion on this book. Once training and sales targets are met new hires will graduate the program and be awarded an Ipad and custom swag pack. Additional resources include:

-24/7 access to digital training platform with lessons and video content

-One-on-One Mentor and classroom training

-Field Training and Shadowing with Regional or Market Managers
