This position is currently work from home due to COVID-19. Equipment will be provided. Candidate will need to have a stable and reliable internet connection. Training will be provided onsite for the first week or two.
The customer service representative role provides effective management and support for our domestic customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, will work with a sense of urgency, and will act as the customer advocate within the company. The candidate must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and willing to work collaboratively with other departments.
1. Must be comfortable handling a high-volume of incoming calls.
2. Speedy and accurate data entry of call details into the company database
3. Professional, business communication skills on the phone and in e-mails.
