Seeking to hire two Project Manager who have experience with Concur Expense/Invoice and fixed assets (Asset 4000 by Real Asset Management to be specific) systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Manage and direct all phases of a project s development life-cycle, including project schedules, scope definition, and budgeting Selecting and building consultant teams, feasibility analysis (financial & physical), staff training, and management Create and maintain all necessary project plans, managing timelines by successfully negotiating competing priorities, both internal and across the enterprise Collaborate with multiple disciplines across the enterprise, understanding of technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and practices Tracks costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met Serves as a resource to project managers and project leaders to educate and assist them with implementing project mgmt processes and improvement/changes Driving project progress while ensuring alignment with IT management. Manage project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, and performing quality review. Follow project management methodology, including preparing and ensuring successful completion of project phase gates Maintain regular status reporting for the project team, IT management and business stakeholders Assisted Executive management in due diligence and risk management for prospect and new investments.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 7+ years of experience Project Managing large/medium projects MUST have exp working with Concur Expense/Invoice and fixed assets (Asset 4000 by Real Asset Management systems. Hands-on experience managing project scope, developing project schedules and budgets, managing risks, ensuring project quality Extensive experience providing oversight for the technical aspects of the execution of projects from all reporting departments and locations Excellent reporting/tracking skills to manage server data, tracking of issues and report details up stream. Experience presenting before executive teams and creating presentations using PowerPoint Adept at using planning tools like MS Project, Word, and Excel Must have a stable work history, working in a similar role Must have EXCELLENT written and oral communication skills Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred/ Nice-to-haves: Working with SAP FI/CO, and Data Warehousing systems PMP Certified Managing digital production and operations
