Seeking to hire a recent college graduate who has a degree in communications or journalism but is technically savvy. Ideally has a min of 1 years exp with in IT role (Desktop or Analyst or Security Analyst). They must have exception writing and communication skills and will need to provide written samples (research or something around creating users stories or acceptance criteria). Looking for someone who is eager to learn more about technology. This resource will be trained in the following:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of information security requirements. Identify required stakeholders for each component of the project Create deliverables such as scope documents, business requirements document, use cases, business process models, user manuals, test plans and test results Execute user acceptance testing and document the results Identify risks and issues and strategize mitigation plans Assist in drafting change management communications material Summarize large volumes of data that is used as an input for analysis Update the project plan Participate in project coordination activities Engage with the business in prioritization of security gaps to move from a current systems state to target systems state, with the goal of appropriately managing business risk. Create project deliverables including but not limited to: scope documents, business requirements document, use cases, business process models, etc. Ensure cross-functional resolution of project issues related to project tasks and activities Collaborate with Integration/Infrastructure, Architecture, PMO, Legal, Enterprise Compliance, Business Units, to continue implementing/revising project roadmaps in alignment with the project plan. Assist managers and project team in change management efforts related to organization, and short- and long-term strategic plans and goals Act as critical advisor to the team, providing deep functional expertise in the work plan, standards, process and procedures, and change management efforts Identify potential new and improved technical directions, develop strategic options/ approaches to recommend to management Participate in a technology and business project and contribute to the successful implementation Participate in influencing process change by leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills
