Customer facing position which understands project requirements for capital and operating expenses, plans capital acquisition, prepares business cases for new capital, and tracks execution of spending against plan.
Top 3 - 5 Daily Responsibilities 1. Publish Capital Pipeline Reports 2. Execute, Manage & Coordinate Capital Requisitions in Onelink 3. Support Budget & LRFP process data collection and consolidation 4. Reconciliation with GL, Asset Mgmt, Procurement Systems
Top 3 - 5 Required Skills 1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite MS Excel (intermediate/advanced), MS Visio, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, , MS Project 2. Strong Analytical Ability 3. Procurement/Finance Background 4. PMO Management in the context of large capital / infrastructure programs 5. Experience with capital and budget forecasting
Basic Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in related field and/or 4 years of equivalent experience. 2. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in documenting requirements, analyzes business process, and develops business cases to support IT solutions. 3. Thorough knowledge of policies, practices and systems. 4. Employs expertise as a generalist or specialist.
