THIS ROLE IS 100% ONSITE

A global company is seeking to hire a a highly motivated self-driven customer facing liaison among internal groups and teams. The purpose of this position is to LEAD and MANAGE from a technical perspective a variety of projects that support critical business processes for Internal Logistics using Auto Guided Vehicles/Automated Mobile Robots/Vision Guide Vehicles. This AGV role is in the Digital Products and Services Group.

Primary Location: Lexington, KY. Manager s second preference is to see candidates local to either Princeton IN or San Antonio, TX

Key responsibilities include:
Liaison officers serve as mediators, negotiating with others, developing and fostering relationships, getting people to understand others' points of view, and understanding their parent business and how it impacts its stakeholders.
Managing projects, creating reports, documents and presentations.
Working on the shop floor with the AGVs at least one day in a week. (Automated Guided Vehicles)
Working directly with internal customers (strong customer facing/liaison skills).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must be able to travel 20% - 30% domestically and to Mexico, and Canada (US Passport is required)
Able to work ONSITE 40% / REMOTE 60% of the time.
Experience Leading/Managing a variety of TECHNICAL projects, supporting business processes and internal projects for Mobility Solutions, Digital Products and Services
Strong customer facing experience, including interfacing with internal staff and groups.
Experience developing and fostering relationships, getting people to understand others' points of view, and understanding their parent business and how it impacts its stakeholders
Strong experience creating reports, documents and presentations using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Project Management and People Management Skills
Warehousing/ Production Manufacturing Experience
