Job Description

We are looking for inside sales, business development, sales representatives for our travel management company.

Position Description

This is a full-time, exempt business development/sales position. The purpose of this position will be to grow Company revenue through the addition of new corporate accounts. The position will require a professional & gregarious individual that is comfortable using multiple channels and methods to uncover and solicit new business opportunities & presenting to a prospect in person and/or over the web.

 

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of business development/sales experience, preferably in the travel industry. We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing & confident individual to join our Biz Dev team to assist with our aggressive growth plans. The candidate must be comfortable with speaking to/in front of both individuals and groups. The candidate must be comfortable with cultivating new business opportunities in a variety of ways. The candidate must be self-driven, dedicated, well-organized and possess uncompromised integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Daily & active participation in the cultivation of sales leads and business opportunities to create and maintain your own book of business

  • Meet agreed KPIs for lead generation and new accounts

  • Daily use and understanding of Cain’s sales engagement platform, Hubspot, to develop & manage new business opportunities for the Company

  • Ongoing immersion in Cain’s products, services & technologies – both those currently in place and those to be added in the future – to foster complete knowledge of such

  • Travel will be required

 

Organization

This position can be home-based (after onboarding process) and will report to the Manager of Business Development and will interface with all departments across the company, notably Account Management.
