We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team and help lead us in our mission - Turning moments into memories for our guests, while providing opportunities for our employees, and giving back to the communities in which we serve
We look to promote 75% of our Restaurant and Above Restaurant Leaders internally, meaning we're invested in YOU and will provide you with all of the tools and training you'll need to be successful
Managers oversee all aspects of the business in their location including hiring and training Team Members, developing future leaders, scheduling according to business needs, maintaining store cleanliness & food safety, driving performance metrics, maintaining food and labor costs, and coaching to deliver great guest service
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields (QSR preferred)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
