*Assists the CEO as appropriate with timely management of communication, independently composing letters, memos, presentations and other documents requiring interpretation and application of SMCU policies, monitoring follow up with all distributions that require answers, response and written replies.
*Assists the CEO with the creation of the monthly board packet, including compiling reports from several sources, formatting, editing and distributing as needed.
*Coordinates meetings of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, Board subcommittees and ad-hoc committees appointed by the Board, scheduling, reserving and preparing facilities, preparing agenda, meeting materials and communications for meetings, and taking meeting minutes.
*Plans and coordinates the annual Board Planning session and other Board events.
*Prepares and maintains Board governance records.
*Administers the board digital portal, managing users and content.
-High school diploma or GED
-Previous administrative experience or front-line customer service role experience
-Must have solid data entry skills
-Computer proficiency and familiarity with software / programs typically used in an office
-Must have excellent customer service skills
-Ability to multi-task
