Architectural Project Manager

Café Design works remotely and on-site on full-service commercial, retail, foodservice projects. Our clients are franchise and independent operators from Orlando Florida to Scottsdale Arizona, Brooklyn New York to Hollywood California and all places in between.

We are in need of a qualified architect (NCARB) and an architectural interior design professional. A license in Architecture is not required but could be of use in the future as this is a partnership search as well as a talent search. Interiors pros should have CCIDC, or NCIDQ certifications. Multi state license professionals are very much encouraged to apply. This position requires these specific abilities:

Commercial tenant improvement planning & design, AutoCad, Sketch-up Microsoft 360 Suite, KCL FS Catalogue. Foodservice experience a plus, but will train the right person. Construction drawing and project management experience a must; Millwork detailing, experience in lighting design, experience in California, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Florida, Virginia, NYC is helpful.

Prefer a motivated peaceful enlightened designer/architect, sensitive to clients needs and understands budgets, construction issues and has worked with general contractors on site and remotely.
