Sparklight (formerly Cable ONE) is looking for outgoing and customer-service driven Technical Care Specialist Trainees to join us in our Phoenix headquarters! Build relationships and resolve technical support issues for Sparklight video and internet service customers in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.

Who will SPARK our interest?
One year of customer-service and/or call center experience.
One year of customer interfacing experience.
Someone that can diffuse frustrations while providing professional support.
Prefer someone with networking and/or help desk experience but will provide paid training.
What will your day look like?
Treat each customer as a valued member of our community! Listen and build a rapport with each call you receive while providing technical support in a professional manner.
Troubleshoot our customers’ technical problems with video and internet services including, but not limited to modems/routing, internet connections, wireless service, cable/video equipment issues and setting up email accounts.
- Provides accurate, prompt, and consistent resolution to technical problems by following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Creates and notates service tickets for selected calls.
- Remains current on new technology and software issues that affect Cable One customers.
- Provides timely feedback to Cable One leadership regarding service failures or customer concerns.
What do you need for this opportunity?
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training in sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Problem solving is key when working with our customers. Be able to listen to customers and present solutions.
