As a Fidelity Field Technician, you will be helping your community stay connected to what matters most! Your daily tasks will include installing services in residential and commercial properties, completing repairs, and relocating existing equipment.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success

The primary purpose of this job is to provide support to all Cable One associates including, but not limited to repairs and maintenance of the corporate office, providing on-call services to handle after-hours emergency situations. Assist in maintaining building security, minor repairs and plumbing, HVAC, lighting and AV troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include providing set-up for large and small meetings, and other events in the BAR, Cross train and provide backup to the facilities and security team, assisting as necessary or required, back-up for ordering, inventory and stocking of office supplies, shipping and receiving of personal and company mail and interoffice correspondence.
  • Troubleshooting and minor repair of office furniture, kitchen appliances and general building maintenance.
  • A/V troubleshooting
  • BAR room set-up
  • Coordinating general maintenance issues with maintenance and janitorial teams
  • On-call / after hours coverage
  • Shipping/receiving and securing of incoming/outgoing packages
  • Front desk & phone coverage for reception back-up

  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
