Job Description

Seeking a CEO/Owner to operate a Sales and Management division that markets to potential customers through inside and outside sales. Seeking an individual with proven success for 20 years or more with management, sales and operations backgrounds and a “can do” attitude. One of the many compelling elements of the facility service industry is its recurring monthly service contracts. So customer service skill sets for developing and maintaining long term relationships is very important.

Responsibilities:

- Drive and expand sales growth while growing existing National account profitability and retention

- Streamline existing processes and enhance and/or modify existing processes for rapid market share expansion and dominance

- Grow sales revenue targets and individual team member goals which incorporate specific Key Measurable components that support the advancement of established company goals.

- Manage and direct the strategic and tactical activities of the department to ensure customers' needs and expectations are being documented, distributed and delivered consistently and systematically with superior results
