The Health Care Concierge will be responsible for greeting and guiding customers, patients and caregivers to different health care services and offerings, assisting with questions related to health care, educating on health insurance fundamentals and scheduling appointments for customers, as needed. The Care Concierge will create customer profiles and record details of comments or complaints to further refine capabilities for the Health Hubs going forward.
Collect, document and resolve customer and caregiver questions, comments and complaints
Assist customers and their caregivers by understanding and answering their questions, solving problems and handling complaints
Promote, support and deliver the CVS purpose driven service culture
Capture and record basic customer information and resolutions
Triage customers and caregivers to health care products and services and schedule appointments, as needed
Direct customers and caregivers to the right products and services in the store based on individual needs:
Pharmacy (Rx): Engage customers in the waiting area to offer help and introduce to relevant services and triage customers who accept an offer from Rx team to engage with another in-store professional
MinuteClinic (MC): Support patient registration by offering to help at the kiosk and on MC iPads when lines are long, engage patients in waiting area to offer help and introduce to relevant services and triage patients who accept an offer from MC providers to engage with another in-store professional
1-3 years of health care, customer service, patient relations and/or hospitality concierge experience
Experience in health care, customer service, patient relations and/or hospitality concierge
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or other medical/customer service certification is a plus
Bilingual English-Spanish language skills are preferred
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
An Associate's Degree is preferred.
