Save to Win (STW) is the leading national prize linked savings program for credit unions in the US. The Save to Win Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, planning, organizing, monitoring and completion of Save to Win projects. Work closely with leagues and credit unions to enroll and engage credit unions in the STW program. Ensures Manager is well informed of area activities and significant problems.
This is a remote-based position that will need to be available to meet with peers and customers on a regular basis around the greater Detroit area. Applicants should live within driving distance of Detroit.

Develop program demonstrations and present the STW Program to credit union prospects.
Project manage and track STW operations, including required documentation for the enrollment of new credit union and monthly prize drawings.
Innovative research, ideation and coordination as the STW program evolves to meet the modern needs of credit union members.
Develop and nurture on-going relations with leagues to promote and grow credit union participation.
Actively seek out marketing opportunities with leagues to promote the STW program.
Become an active resource for leagues in state that are developing prize link lending legislation.
Manage monthly prize drawings and corresponding reporting.
Manage billing and accounts receivables.
Identify and document project tasks and deadlines.
Participate in product development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of the prize drawing process.
Act as liaison between league and credit unions during enrollment process and continue to engage as needed.
Coordinate and participate in quarterly educational and promotional webinars and provide follow up with credit unions after each webinar as appropriate.
Conduct research and make recommendations as needed to possible solutions for the STW program and/or to aid in defining program specifications.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business or related field. Experience working with or for credit unions. Project management certification or training preferred.
Excellent written, interpersonal, and group communications skills. Ability to effectively present information in one-on- one and small group situations to clients and other employees of the organization.
Ability to analyze, generate ideas, and develop specifications for products and solutions. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to research problems and determine resolution.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Candidates should have some marketing background. Desired qualifications include: Experience working in or with financial institutions, preferably credit unions and experience with a trade association.
