Sales Executive, Enterprise Solutions (Mortgage)

We are looking for talented Sales Executives, who will be responsible for selling CU Direct's products with a focus on the Mortgage Platform. Responsible for consistent interaction with applicable regional staff and other CU Direct departments to foster an exceptional sales process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifies and properly prospects potential clients. Holds an informative discovery discussion with each interested client. Presents a catered solution to the potential client.
  • Maximizes potential opportunities through frequent professional interaction with sales team members and other departments to assist with completing Requests For Proposals, Riders and other necessary items to properly secure and record wins and losses. Properly introduces a signed client to the implementation and regional team. Documents activity twice a week within Salesforce.
  • Attends, engages, presents at applicable industry events, conventions and meetings.
  • Work to foster and enhance teamwork within CUDC and provide the highest quality products and services to staff, clients, and business partners. Consistently promotes and models the culture and values of CUDC. Demonstrates the behaviors aligned with each value with clients and employees across the organization.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • BA or BS degree or commensurate experience
  • Three years experience in the Financial Services industry in a product sales environment
  • Mortgage expertise with Mortgage LOS a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of loan origination systems, credit scoring models, core data processors, portfolio monitoring and tracking experience is a must
  • Knowledge of the Credit Union Marketplace; Credit Union operations, and regulatory compliance
  • Understanding of consumer, retail, or mortgage underwriting and processing responsibilities
  • Extensive knowledge of the auto finance industry, credit unions, and indirect lending
  • Proven track record of sales and referral success
  • Work independently with a high level of initiative
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel
