Summary/Objective
CTech is looking for a self- starter to join our team that is eager to grow our current markets and expand the awareness of our current product lines. The applicant must contain strong social skills, be self-motivated, and can multi-task. Attention to detail and willingness to think "outside the box" is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Order processing
- Project quoting
- CRM maintenance
- Communicating product knowledge to customers
- Follow-up with customers
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong phone presence and experience fielding dozens of calls per day.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of proven work experience as sales representative or similar role if necessary.
- Associate's degree in engineering, business, or marketing is required.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or marketing is preferred.
