ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / SECRETARY

A TEMP-HIRE POSITION

INDUSTRY: GOVERNMENT SITE

LOCATION: YORKTOWN

PAY RANGE: $15.65 - $19.87 per Hour

SUMMARY:

  • Provide clerical support to technical staff and managers
  • Schedule meetings, make travel arrangements
  • Enter purchase orders
  • Answer phones
  • Interact with vendors and visitors

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong computer skills, especially MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience generating documents
  • Proofreading skills
