Job Description

 

CT Business Consulting is seeking a unique, innovative, and enthusiastic candidate who thrives in fast-paced, multi-faceted agencies! Our passion derives from our team- to provide exceptional marketing and consumer acquisition services to continue sharing the brand experience amongst others.

 

The Entry Level Marketing Assistant​ will model various campaigns and branding strategies in target markets to increase brand saturation. By speaking with consumers at a face-to-face level, a more genuine connection with the brand and expert is created. Ultimately, this will generate long-term leads that give remarkable increases in profit over the course of even just a few months.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide amazing customer service and care to current and potential consumers

  • Keep consumer accounts up-to-date through a CRM system

  • Manage hosted events and ensure results match the current market demands

  • Acquire long-term leads through personalized interactions

  • Conduct a weekly SWOT analysis on the market worked on

  • Track gauges, consumer interest, and other purchase motives

  • Train and development fellow team members

  • Show full understanding of the brand and its: product, story, and services offered

  • Demonstrated understanding of the implementation of strategic marketing services

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a sales supporting role, i.e. retail sales associate, customer service, management, or event coordinators

  • Exposure to a CRM software is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Positive outlook with a coachable mentality

  • Ability to take direction well and execute immediately
